Following the initial information gathering meeting(s) we will design a solution and develop a statement of work (SOW) to recap information received and link the information received to proposed next steps.
This SOW will be presented to client for discussion, and together with the client a work plan featuring key deliverables, tasks, resources and time parameters are agreed.
When execution or management of the work begins, daily updates on progress are recommended initially to ensure alignment with client expectations. At times adjustments to the statement of work may be required and if needed these are agreed with client as quickly as possible in order to maximize progress of the assignment.
Once the work is delivered a formal concluding meeting is held to summarize results against deliverables, provide any 'owner recommendations,' turn over documentation or other deliverables and to return any materials or resources used during the assignment. The goal is to ensure the client can successfully manage the work after assignment completion.
Our process is geared toward making clients self-sufficient so they can manage the delivered solution independently.
